The Personnel Management Modules manages
information regarding each employee. All the essential information
you need about your employees and other people who work for the
organisation is captured and stored in a single structured record
for each employee. The module manages information including age,
ID Number, preferred name, home language (read/write), nationality,
special considerations, contact details (including street address,
postal address and telephone numbers), marriage and spouse details,
Next of Kin information, dependants, health and drivers licence
and certificate information, and employee photographs.
The module
retains terminated employee records with complete history (no
additional cost for terminated employee records)
The
module also enables quick and easy FTE calculations.
