The Performance Management Module enables objective appraisal of employee performance. This provides leads to competitive advantage through continual improvement in organisational performance, increased employee motivation and the development of a performance-orientated culture. It also provides a basis for rewarding people relative to their contribution, thereby promoting the retention of quality employees.

The Performance Module allows complete flexibility in setting up performance evaluation schemes and managing people performance. This flexibility ensures Easy HRM can meet your current performance management requirements and easily adapts to your organisation’s changing needs.

The Performance Module provides the following functionality:

unlimited number of evaluations schemes

online performance appraisals

Evaluate performance on financial measures or non-financial measures such as innovation,
   customer satisfaction and quality

For each evaluation scheme, an unlimited number of Key Performance Areas (KPA) can be allocated.
   For example, leadership, communication and adaptability. Each KPA is individually weighted according
   to importance

Within each KPA, an unlimited number of Critical Success Elements (CSE) or core competencies can
   be allocated. These CSE’s constitute the KPA measure. Each CSE is weighted according to importance.
   Also organisational targets can be set for each CSE

Comprehensive library of standard reports and flexible ad hoc reporting capabilities

Multi-media capabilities allowing documents and files to be linked to each employee’s performance
   evaluations
