The Employee Self-Service Portal extends
the value of Easy HRM from your HR back office to the front lines
of your workforce. The portal enables your employees to access
the data and functionality of Easy HRM needed to do their job
via a web browser. The screens are simplified for ease of use
by general employee population and, of course, security rights
are limited to just the information and functionality appropriate
for that specific employee. This enables a secure way to increase
operational efficiency, streamline request / approval processes,
and enable HR professionals to shift their focus from paperwork
to HR strategy enablement. Modules available within the ESS portal
