Dear EasyPay Windows (EPW) customer,

After more than a decade of leading the market in payroll/HR software, the EPW product has entered the mature phase in its product lifecycle. In the mature phase, we are winding down the active development of new features on EPW.

To take on newer challenges, we have introduced another product called Easy Pay Enterprise (EPE) to cater to customers with greater needs and demand more flexible features.

Although we are winding down new feature development in EPW, EPW customers can still confidently continue to use EPW if it meets their present needs. Based on the current final EPW feature set, we will continue to provide technical support to our EPW customers and where feasible, software updates to cater for minor incremental statutory changes and fix software defects.

For EPW customers who are using the PatLine feature, please note that this feature is frozen as at 30 September 2008 and we have moved future enhancements to the PatLine module to the EPE product.

When you have outgrown EPW, you may choose to migrate to EPE for added features and functionality. Our staff will be happy to give you a demo and provide advice on how to make your EPW to EPE migration as smooth as possible.
