All software products issued are licensed. The license is registered with your company name. This license contains detail information such as HR modules, seat allocations, etc. If there’s a need to replace a lost license, change / increased subsidiary company names, seats reallocation, hr modules, please fill in the form below and submit to us. We will issue you with a new license to reflect the changes. The new license will be sent to you via email.

Please note that there will be an administration fees of $160.50 (Include GST) for the re-issue of license. Creative will send the re-generated license to you via email.

Note: This is only effective from July 1, 2007.
