What does it do?
Sage E-Portal is an intuitive online portal that allows an employee to access his or her HR information such as pay, leave and claims details anytime, anywhere. This front-end web tool enables companies to streamline their HR administration as it is fully integrated with backend systems such as EPE Core, Pay, Leave and HR Solutions.
E-Portal Modules

E-Portal Entry Point
- Manages leave schedule
- View or download company's phone listing
- View or download HR policies or handbook
- View payslip / IR8A

E-Portal Organiser
- View leave balance by leave type
- View medical or dental claim balance* (which can be linked to EPE's Leave and Medical modules for automatic updates)

eLeave Module
- Allows leave applications and submission
- Automates multi-tier leave approval via email
- Notifies HR or Admin departments upon approval or rejection
- Updates backend Leave Module upon approval
- Links to EPE Payroll for deduction for no-pay leave application

eClaim Module
- Allows claims submission
- Automates multi-tier claims approval via email
- Notifies HR or Admin department upon approval or rejection
- Links to EPE Payroll for reimbursements
- Allows claims categorization
- Allows petty cash, medical and monthly allowance claims
- Allows various types of claims to be defined
- Allows general expenses, meals, transport and overseas trips claims

eAppraisal Module
- Allows HR or manager to upload customised appraisal forms
- Allows employees to complete appraisal forms online
- Allows managers to respond and assess completed appraisals online
- Allows appraisal documents to be linked to EPE HR Appraisal Module

eFacility Module
- Allows all facilities such as meeting rooms, vechicles, AV equipment, etc to be booked and managed online
- Allows viewing the availability of facilities
- Automates multi-tier booking approval via email
